About our Founder
Nadine holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and an Advanced Diploma in Neuroscience of Leadership. She has gained Fellowship in HR professional bodies with both the CIPD and AHRI. She trained as an Advanced Organizational Coach at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and has been an Accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Nadine is a respected and established Executive HR Leader and a current Non-Executive Board Director.Â
In establishing Alba, Nadine provides a highly engaging professional, supportive and growth orientated service to both organizations and individuals.
Key focuses of Nadine’s work are supporting transformative employment experiences through people and business strategies and purposeful, well executed, values-led change initiatives.
